Both. I design in Figma and implement with Next.js and Supabase. For simple-to-medium scope, one person can move faster and reduce handoff loss.

I use AI tools (Cursor + Claude) to write faster. Product decisions, component structure, QA — still mine. The output is the same; the pace is faster.
Btaxi is a project I led end-to-end — product strategy, UX across 3 apps, and dev coordination for the Cambodian market. I sourced the technical foundation and focused the build on what local users actually needed: Khmer script rendering, QR-based payments instead of blocked banking APIs, and a lightweight driver app that runs on low-end Android.
