[01]IMPACT & SUMMARY_

END-TO-END DELIVERY. BLOCKED BY REGULATORY COMPLIANCE.

100% Delivered

Full-stack platform, UI/UX, and Logo handed over

AI-Powered

Automated lookbook rendering via Figma Weave

Launch Pending

Blocked by IP & Trade licensing regulations

Functioned as a Solo Product Builder to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive e-commerce platform in 60 hours. While the technical infrastructure is production-ready, the public launch is currently halted due to client-side regulatory and IP compliance issues.

Executive Summary

  • The Challenge: Building a lean e-commerce MVP from scratch (including branding) while establishing an automated visual content pipeline to save the startup's photography budget.
  • The Solution: Delivered a Next.js/Supabase platform and engineered a custom Figma Weave AI workflow for generating lookbooks.
  • My Role: One-Man Army. Handled everything from Logo Design and MVP feature consulting to Full-Stack implementation and AI operational setup.

[02]THE PROBLEM_

THE PROBLEM

TECH SCALES. LEGAL DOES NOT.

The initial technical hurdle was delivering a robust storefront and admin panel on a hyper-constrained startup budget. However, the true bottleneck emerged post-handoff.

[03]DISCOVERY & APPROACH_

DISCOVERY & APPROACH

THE SOLO MULTIPLIER: FROM LOGO TO AI PIPELINE.

When you are the sole builder, you cannot afford inefficiencies. Every design and technical decision had to serve the operational bottom line of the client.

Operational Engineering

  • MVP Consulting: Ruthlessly cut non-essential features, focusing solely on core checkout logic (PayOS/VietQR) and a 6-screen inventory dashboard.
  • AI Content Pipeline: Instead of leaving the client to struggle with expensive photoshoots, I set up a custom Figma Weave AI workflow, empowering them to render professional lookbooks internally.
  • Full-Stack Execution: Unified the design system and codebase, ensuring the visual identity (which I also designed) translated perfectly into the Next.js frontend.

[04]KEY OUTCOMES_

KEY OUTCOMES

ARCHITECTURE READY. LEGALLY BOUND.

The platform was successfully handed over in its entirety. The admin dashboard is fully functional, the AI workflow is operational, and the codebase is deployed.

[05]Reflection_

Reflection

01

Design is Business Operations: Setting up the Figma Weave AI pipeline proved that modern product design isn't just about UI; it's about optimizing the client's operational costs.

02

Code Cannot Fix Compliance: You can build a performant, bug-free system, but regulatory approval acts as the ultimate gatekeeper. Anticipating legal constraints is crucial for digital products.

03

The Solo Advantage: Executing a project End-to-End—from logo to deployment—forces a holistic understanding of how branding, UX, backend logic, and business reality intersect.
